We want you and your pet to feel good about your ShedSoothe purchase. Once the brush is available, its product page and checkout will show the applicable return window and any item-specific details before you place an order.

Before you begin a return

• Keep your order number and original packaging handy
• Stop using the item and contact our team if it arrived damaged or has a product concern
• Return eligibility may depend on item condition and the policy shown at checkout

Refund timing

After an eligible return is received and reviewed, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your financial institution may need additional time to post the credit.
